VIDCAT.COM Offers Stock Footage from the Fashion Media Archives

VIDCAT Productions, a New York based Video Production and Distribution company specializing in fashion, opens its Fashion Video Archives for stock footage distribution.

The video archive includes fashion runway shows from the 1980s- present, backstage fashion show footage, fashion designer interviews, hair stylists and makeup artists interviews, runway show videos and vintage fashion newsreels from the 1950s- 1960s. In addition, the archive includes fashion runway show photos, vintage fashion magazines and catalogues and vintage clothes and accessories.

Television broadcasters, advertising agencies and corporate production companies have licensed footage from the VIDCAT Archive. “We work with our clients to obtain necessary permissions for our footage” says Janet Pytowski, President/Executive Producer VIDCAT Productions. Recent footage licensed from the Fashion Video Archive includes fashion runway show clips, backstage beauty footage and vintage 1950s fashion newsreel footage. The company also provides custom video production services for clients requesting specific fashion or beauty shots or programming.

VIDCAT Productions recently released the Special Edition “Fashion Flashbacks!” DVD and plans to release two more “Fashion Flashbacks!” DVDs within the year.
