Charlie the Unicorn “Hot Topic” Video
Charlie visits the TOMB OF HORRORS! This is a video I made for Hot Topic a while back. They took it off their site, so I’m putting it here on YouTube and FilmCow so that it can still be seen.

Hot Topic, which ranked fourth on Forbes 2003 Best Small Companies list, will carry a variety of Paxx merchandise designed by his creator, Eddie Robison, a former tattoo artist- turned-Emmy Award-nominated-C.G.-animator. The list includes a limited edition figurine, plush doll, numerous accessories, a CD entitled Dancing On Your Grave, and T-shirts. Some merchandise will also feature PaxxÂÂs evil-twinned sisters Darken iLL and Kinda iLL.
Robison, who has contributed to the win of three special effects Emmys for his employer Eden FX, created Paxx a year ago to work out some inner demons. The seven-inch character that Robison refers to as an ÂÂanti-heroÂÂ lives in this world but is not bound by its laws. He spends his days narrowly escaping the evil-doings of his sisters, lurking about the human world ÂÂ heard but not seen – and trying to accomplish his mission of ridding the world of common household insects. This task, according to Paxx, must be performed twice.
RobisonÂÂs web site, http://www.illfatedinc.com, features bios of Paxx and his sisters, an animated preview of a short film he is working on, RobisonÂÂs own line of merchandise, and five ÂÂComixÂÂ.
Paxx will also make his debut at the American International TOY FAIR on Sunday, February 15 through Wednesday February 18, 2004. The fair is being held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. Paxx merchandise manufacturers such as Alternatoys, Fun-4-All, and C&D Visionary will be there to show off Paxx and to take wholesale orders
